Half-Life is the game behind many of gaming and eSports best games: Counter-Strike, Team Fortress, Day of Defeat and many more. It might sound weird that some people have not played such an epic game, but it's a fact! Valve is going to help - 98 US-Cents for the good old Half-Life.

In cooperation with the ESL the Hamburg Media School is conducting a survey on eSports in Europe. They want to find out, for example, what you like about eSports, what games you play and how often and with whom you practice.

The EPS Qualifications are under way for the past few weeks; Counter-Strike and Warcraft III attendees made their way through the different National qualification tourneys.

The fifth Weekend Cup is ready for signups. This is the last Weekend Cup for this year which is open for everyone as only the most successful teams of the whole series will be invited for the final Weekend Cup in December. So this is your last chance to get a ticket for the grand-final!

Originally planned to take place only in August, the 1on1 Summer Cups lasted longer than expected and just finished a short while ago. So here are the winners of the 1on1 cups and the 2on2 and 3on3 Cups that were played in parallel.

On 18th November the latest creation from Valve hits the shops: Left 4 Dead. We don't need to introduce Valve. Ten years ago they rushed to the top ranks of game developers with the release of Half-Life. This is reason enough to have a closer look at the completely new game Left 4 Dead. We were invited by Valve to have an eyes on preview of Left 4 Dead in Seattle next weekend.
