After compiling all the entries, taking out the pointless "your mother" ones and engraphing the 150 entries. We finally have some details, in this 1st of 3 responses to the questionnaire, we look at some shiny statistics and the most common complaints people have. In our other 2 responses, due out within a week or two, we'll look at the less common complaints and then we'll reply to singular queries last.

After a long delay, we've finally found the time to assemble the results of the 5th and last Clanleague of the Dawn of War series, and this has been the closest one yet.

Your ESL admin team have noticed recently that we have a lot of players playing actively in dawn of war, but we haven't really expanded our player base recently. Maybe you could fill out a questionnaire for us to help us run what you want run?

The random race ladder has only been on for 10 days, and yet more than 150 games have been played by only 69 (wahey!) competitiors. That's an average of 15.7 games a day! What's even more surprising is that 20 of our 69 (wahey!) players have played no games, so in reality, each player has played an average of 6 games! quite a lot, isn't it?

The Dawn of War EMS groupstages have finished! In our third close ESL major series, 2 groups had a team qualifying by just 1 point and group D was only decided on wednesday. The top 2 teams from each group qualify for the EMS playoffs, which start after our Christmas holidays, on the 18th of January. The seedings have also been drawn.

Dawn of War: Soulstorm is, in many way, a broken game, going by the amount of bugs that can be found in it. It's so easy to beat better players just by picking an imba race, so we're gonna sort that out. We're happy to announce the start of the new ESL 1on1 Random Race Ladder!

Finally the Dawn of War Soulstorm 1on1 ESL Amateur Series is finished! The 1st until 8th of the ladder receive great prizes. The Fifth season of the Dawn of War Clan League is coming to an end. There is one last week left where we will play the wildcarded matches. We have compiled a comprehensive list of which matches have been wildcarded so far. Please note that while every attempt has been made to check for every wildcarded game, We take no responsibility for matches not listed which are to be played.

This Sunday, to celebrate the commencement of the 3rd ESL major series, we'll be hosting a live shoutcasting of a game from ToT vs aX. The_fell_hand, a relic employee we've had before on our ESL weekly has offered to shoutcast for us. He'll be joined by a surprise colour-man <i>(read: we haven't found one yet)</i>

The ESL major series season III starts on the 23rd of November, for dawn of war, and we're happy the announce the seeding of the groups by an impartial 3rd party!

After a longer period of absence in terms of ESL Weekly we are finally back! This week we also have a special guest and so we welcomed an old new ESL Dawn of War Admin in the Weekly.

The last Chance saloon is the final qualification spot available for the ESL major series Season III, this will be played over the course of 2 weekends, in a more hectic schedule than the previous qualifiers! The games will start this Saturday, the 8th of November, at 18:00. This is the last chance for teams to get into this €1,000 prize money competition, which will start once this qualifier is finished.

On this Wednesday the Hot Phase in the ESL Amateur Series is going to start! That means that you can't challenge someone else manually or that you can't join the EAS any more. As the holidays end, and most students go back to college (not me though, muhaha), it's inevitable that all of our krazy cups MUST end. Here is our latest batch of results from the 1on1 Random Race cup, the 2on2 random TEAM cup, the 3on3 random playtime cup and the boringly named 2on2 summer cup!

Only two months are left in the Dawn of War: Soulstorm Amateur Series. Inside we shall introduce the top five players who are currently neck-and-neck, though everyone still has the chance to win the ESL Amateur Series and get some of the amazing prizes worth 1,500 euros.

With 90 minutes per round, this cup gives all teams involved the chance to avoid the organisational pains of most ESL team games, and to just sit in a lobby and get assigned oppponents. There will of course be premium prizes on offer!
