After much anticipation, the DotA 5on5 Opening cup may now begin! We have 10 teams in total, which may be seen below, and we will begin this Sunday.

As we announced already the ESL UK will organise a three division CS 1.6 League. Aside from the Premier division there will also be a 1st and 2nd division, similar to the british football league.

Fragmasters Toxic, Four Kings, Veritas Gaming and Vitriolic Gaming are our top four Counter-Strike:Source teams for the first season of the EPS. They will now meet each other once again at the end of January in the Playoff Finals held offline in the heart of London at the end of January

Tonight fourth place Vitriolic Gaming will meet fifth place Living the Dream 2k8 in a match that will decide which team will take the fourth and final place at the LAN finals. Vitriolic have a slight advantage as they lead by two points so a win or a draw will suffice to see them through. Meanwhile Living the Dream 2k8 do not have that luxury and must win in order to take fourth place.

We've reached the half way point of the cup, and we are a little behind schedule, but we will be catching up on those games after the Christmas break. All of the news on the map pool, upcomming matches, and little announcements may be found in this article.

Same as usual guys, this time we present the statistics from the season so far of the first nine playdays. There remains four categories; Best Overall Player, Best Terrorist, Best Counter-Terrorist and Grim Reaper's Chosen Ones. The final overall season stats will be compiled when all the matches have been played!

It wasnt a long tournament, but one which I think most people enjoyed (or certainly those who came on vent!) and after 2 rounds of uther party action, we had our winner, who won the tournament by 1 point.

Christmas is a time for relaxing so we are hosting a fun little tournament for the popular custom map Uther Party. The custom map allows 8 players to compete in a series of mini-games chosen at random with the winner being hailed as the uther party champion.
